The Hope Experience Outreach (THEO) empowers youth, adults, and families through year-round workforce development, work readiness, mentoring, and community support.
Through practical training, personalized guidance, and meaningful community partnerships, we help individuals develop essential skills, prepare for employment, explore career opportunities, and build a stronger foundation for their future.
Our commitment to community service began in 2010, and since the establishment of THEO in 2020, we have continued to expand our impact—providing ongoing programs and initiatives that equip individuals and strengthen families throughout the communities we serve.
